　　秸秆膨化机主要功能是将机械能直接转化为热能，瞬间产生高温高压，通过出料口压力骤降使秸秆形成膨化喷放过程，破坏秸秆表面蜡质膜，使秸秆纤维细胞壁断裂，促进了纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等复杂结构的崩解，产生熟化过程，再经过加入有益微生物发酵菌厌氧发酵后，产生糖化过程，从而使秸秆的理化性状都发生了巨大改变。该设备使秸秆细胞中可消化的养分充分释放出来，提高秸秆营养成分和利用价值，使秸秆从利用率低的废弃物转化成了易吸收、营养丰富、绿色生态的“秸秆膨化生物饲料”。

　　Straw puffing machine’s main function is to convert mechanical energy into heat energy, forming high temperature and pressure then blowing. The sudden drop in pressure destroys the surface of the straw fiber wax film, makes the cell wall of straw broken. It promotes the sputtering of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and other complex structures. After the addition of microbial straw fermentation agent and anaerobic fermentation, the straw fiber produces ripening and saccharifing.

　　Then the physical and chemical properties of straw have been changed greatly. The device fully releases digestible nutrients from straw cells and improves nutrient composition and utilization value of straw, transforming the low utilization of straw into a kind of nutrient-rich, green ecological puffed biological feed.
